Congratulations to Samuel (Lower Fourth) who has just received his first-place medal in the UK Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge.
The finals took place over two weekends at the Oxford University Department of Computer Science and Samuel was among the highest achieving pupils to reach the final from over 130,000 initial participants.
He was awarded his medal by Peter Millican, Professor of Philosophy at Hertford College.
The UK Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge, supported by the Raspberry Pi Foundation, is a problem-solving contest designed to get pupils excited about computing and computational thinking.
