To complete the form, you will be asked to upload a copy of the photo page of your child’s passport or birth certificate. Please do therefore ensure you have an electronic copy available. Non-British passport holders will also be asked to supply a share code.

Applicants for the Sixth Form will need to indicate their preferred A Level options as part of the Registration process to enable us to arrange admissions tests and subject interviews.  Details of our A-Level courses can be found here.

Registration deadlines are as follows:

• 30th September in the year prior to entry for Sixth Form applicants.
• 31st October in the year prior to entry for all other applicants other than pupils applying as pre-test applicants from prep schools, who should register by 31st October of Year 6.

At the end of the form you will be asked to make the registration payment to complete your application. The registration fee is £180 (inclusive VAT) for UK applicants and £300 (inclusive VAT) for applicants currently living overseas. The fee is non-refundable so if you have any queries about relocation, year of entry or any other aspects of your registration, please email [email protected] or call 01865 242191 to discuss this before making payment.

If you are applying to the Senior School and are in in receipt of Universal Credit or your child is eligible for free school meals, we are happy to waive the registration fee. Please contact the Registrar to discuss this.

The admissions process for 2026 entry into the Senior School and Sixth Form is now complete. Please contact the Registrar ([email protected]) if you would like to discuss the possibility of  to make a late application.

Late applications will be charged at £360 (inclusive VAT) for UK applicants and £600 (inclusive VAT) for overseas applicants.  For Sixth Form this relates to any applications received after Monday 11th November 2024 and for Senior School, Monday 20th January 2025.

The information you provide in the Registration Form will be used by MCS to manage your child’s application. For example, we will contact your child’s current school to ask for a reference or we may contact other people with parental responsibility to check that they consent to your child joining MCS.

Please note that we are a day school and require our pupils to be living with their parent(s) in the Oxford area while attending the school. Please ensure that you have appropriate visa arrangements in place for your family’s relocation.
