MCS celebrates another year of exceptional A-level results. The learning which occurs at MCS is much deeper than that which produces such results, but it is only right that we celebrate our pupils’ success and hard work, which will enable them to flourish in their chosen careers.

A Level

  • Master Helen Pike said, “Once again, MCS Sixth Formers have achieved startlingly high exam results alongside the phenomenal commitment they make to the life of the school and the wider world. I am so proud of them.”Individual successes include:
    • Jamie, Ben and Henry with 5 A*s each and places at Cambridge
    • Jake, who starts a Degree Apprenticeship at the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology with A*A*A*A
    • Oliver, currently playing for Gloucestershire 2nd XI and whose role as MCS Cricket Captain saw one of the two most successful years in the school’s history, with 3 A*s and a place at Durham to read French and Spanish
