On Sunday, our Third and Lower Fourth form pupils enjoyed an exciting visit to the Science Museum in London, exploring a range of inspiring exhibitions focused on careers in STEM.

During the trip, pupils visited various parts of the museum, including the Engineers Gallery, Energy Revolution Gallery, Wonderlab, and the new “Future of Food” exhibition, to name a few. They particularly enjoyed their time in Wonderlab, taking part in hands-on experiments and interactive demonstrations, while also exploring scientific and engineering concepts in the other galleries and learning about innovative ways food might be produced and consumed in the future.

The day concluded with the immersive Antarctica film in the IMAX cinema, narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch. Afterwards, pupils enjoyed a walk back through Hyde Park, reflecting on everything they had seen and learned. All had a wonderful day, returning full of enthusiasm and new ideas.

A big thanks to Mrs Wainwright and Mr Hunter for organising such a fun trip for the pupils.
