Our recent London Networking breakfast was a great success, welcoming OWs and Friends to the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair for an invigorating morning of panel discussion, networking and catching up with old friends.
Particular thanks to OWs Jim Rosenthal (1966) and Dan Harris (1995) for their contributions towards our panel discussion on “The Business of Sport”. Ed Cornfield and Olympians James Cracknell and Goldie Sayers made up the rest of the panel discussion, for which topics ranged from athletes’ experiences forging new careers after retiring from sport, to the importance of sports education in schools.
