Shakespeare’s Globe will be home to The Secret Theatre from November – the work of award-winning playwright Anders Lustgarten (OW 1992). Billed as a tale of Elizabethan espionage, double-crossing and blackmail, the spy thriller focuses on the story of Sir Francis Walsingham and his efforts to protect his monarch at a time of great political and social change. Booking is now open on the theatre’s website – the play runs until 16 December 2017.
