Joe Pike (OW 2006) interviews PM over NHS

Joe Pike (OW 2006), reporter for ITV, interviewed PM Boris Johnson about the NHS while he was on the campaign trail in December.  Pike asked the PM to respond to a photograph of four year-old Jack Williment-Barr, who was pictured lying on a pile of coats after he’d gone to Leeds Royal Infirmary with suspected pneumonia.

Pike’s tweet about the interview, which included a clip of the PM pocketing Pike’s phone, went viral with 11 million views and 54,000 re-tweets.
