The Waynflete Office has been informed by his daughter Amanda of the death of Derek Waite at the age of 94.
Derek attended MCS after being evacuated from London during WWII. In 1957 he worked on the Vancouver ring main electrical project and having returned to London ran several businesses with his wife. These included Waites Conversions, Wessex Woodstoves and Hansen Windows.
We send our condolences to Derek’s family and friends.
