We have been informed of the death of David N Harris (OW 1966) by his friend Paul Hirons (OW 1965). Paul sent us these words:
David died from a brain tumour that developed very rapidly. He leaves a wife Carole, and two daughters.
After MCS he attended agricultural college and spent the rest of his working life in the agricultural industry.
His passion was shooting. He enjoyed target shooting with MCS and the Ricochets, but mainly rough shooting.
Not only was he my oldest friend (back to 1949) and at MCS together; but we were also tenuously related.
We send our condolences to David’s family and friends.
