We were delighted to welcome over 70 attendees to our virtual teaching event, ‘Explore a career teaching in the independent sector’ on Monday 8th February. This event was hosted by Magdalen College School, but had input from St Helen and St Katharine, the School of Education at the University of Buckingham, the National Modern Languages SCITT and the National Maths and Physics SCITT.
The event looked at the realities of teaching in the independent school sector in the UK, and about the different ways that you can gain experience and teaching qualifications in the independent sector. We were so pleased that the event proved so popular and look forward to hosting the event again next year.
