The MCS Junior School Quiz Teams finished first and third in their National General Knowledge Championship heats at Davenies Prep School. Correctly answering questions on Harry Potter, the Origins of World War One and the number of countries in Africa, the boys showed incredible general knowledge and great camaraderie to both finish on the leader board.
Facing stiff competition from eighteen other teams, Team 1 head to the National Finals at The Dominion Theatre in London’s West End in June 2020 where they will face a further 40 multiple-choice questions on a variety of subjects. Team 2 may also qualify as one of the highest runners-up.
