MCS has climbed the rankings in the The Sunday Times Parent Power table to a position of 5th in the UK.

From its position of 12th last year, MCS made the ascent into the national top 5 schools on the back of outstanding exam results in 2016.

The school was previously named The Sunday Times Independent School of the Year in 2004 and 2008.

The Sunday Times ranking, now in its 24th year, provides parents with information to compare schools’ performances with others in the same town, local authority or nationally. Rankings are determined through the percentage of students gaining A* to B grades at A-Level and the number achieving A* and A grades at GCSE.
