MCS educates boys from the ages of 7 to 18 and girls in the Sixth Form. Pupils are normally admitted to the Junior School at 7 and to the Senior School at 11, 13 and 16. It may sometimes be possible to admit pupils into other years.

They are happy to discuss any questions you may have about admissions at any time, and you can contact them on 01865 253430 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are committed to admissions procedures which are fair, transparent and designed to reward potential, not merely attainment, and take a keen interest in the school reference, the wider interests of the pupil and any other applicable information. The MCS papers and interviews are designed to explore the way in which each candidate thinks, helping us to assess overall promise. No special preparation is expected or required for the tests; most candidates finish their tests or interviews smiling.
We are also proud of our scholarship and bursary schemes.
MCS is a day school and pupils are expected to reside during term-time with their parents in the vicinity of the school.
