The weather was  lovely for the Lower Fourth as they visited Kew Gardens last week on their art trip.  The pupils had the opportunity to experience the Princess of Wales Conservatory, with flora from a series of fascinating ecosystems and to sketch a variety of trees in the Arboretum, from giant redwoods to mighty oaks.

There are over 50,000 living plants found across the gardens, which provided pupils with a variety of interesting and rare subjects to illustrate.
