Congratulations to Upper Sixth pupil Natasha, whose presentation in the Grand Final of the Articulation Competition won praise by judges for being “thoughtful and compelling, demonstrating a high level of insight, confidence, and creativity.”
Natasha’s ten-minute presentation was part of the National Gallery’s Articulation – a national competition which encourages young people to use art as a springboard to develop vital oracy, independent research, and presentation skills.

Adjudicators Ali Smith and Gabriele Finaldi warmly congratulated this year’s finalists for their outstanding presentations and courage in sharing their ideas, research, and perspectives.
Natasha’s presentation was particularly praised for the “torrent of ideas” she brought from the lectern. The adjudicators highlighted her thoughtful engagement with ambiguity through imagery and commended her courage in presenting such a rich and complex set of ideas with clarity and conviction.
We are incredibly proud of Natasha’s achievement and look forward to following her continued involvement with the Articulation Alumni Network.
