Magdalen College School received a superb review in the Tatler Schools Guide 2026, an impartial guide to the top public and prep schools in the UK.
This year, the guide recognises our “impressive” academic results whilst highlighting sporting successes, including our recent victory nationally at the Schools Hockey Championships and our badminton team’s four-year undefeated run against local rivals.
There’s also high praise for the school’s partnerships work, including The Bridge programme, which supports high-achieving Year 5 pupils from local primary schools in Oxford.
