MCS was informed by his wife that Michael had sadly passed away on 6 October 2018, aged 75 years. Michael was an RN MBE, a former Commander in the Royal Navy and a Councillor with Weymouth & Portland Borough Council. He is greatly missed by his grandchildren, family and friends.
