A team of four pupils – Yueyue (Captain), Lintian, Richard and Kaan – represented the school at Robocon in Abingdon this weekend, showcasing both technical skill and creative innovation.

Competing against ten other teams, their robot Hivecutter VII performed impressively throughout the competition, progressing all the way to the semi-finals and only narrowly missing out on a place in the final. Their achievement reflects the team’s dedication, problem-solving ability and collaborative approach.

The team was also awarded the Tribute Parade Award for best robot design, recognising the creativity and attention to detail in Hivecutter VII.

It was a fantastic effort from all four pupils – well done!
