  • If your son or daughter’s date of birth falls outside the normal intake for their school year, please email the admissions office explaining their circumstances – registrar@mcsoxford.org.
  • Entry Age

    Families of boys applying for assessment in Year 6 must choose either 11+ entry (Year 7) to MCS Senior School or 13+ entry (Year 9) to MCS Senior School. You may not register for both.
    There are two methods of entry to the school at 13+ (Year 9). Boys at preparatory schools should sit our Pre-test when they are in Year 6 and all other applicants looking to join in Year 9 should sit the 13+ Entrance Examination.
  • Please don't proceed until you have confirmed with the Registrar that it is possible for your son or daughter to join MCS.
  • A Level Options

  • Please select three or four subjects you wish to study at A Level. All subjects count as one A Level with exception of “Mathematics and Further Mathematics” which are 2 A Levels.

  • Please include any further notes regarding your A Level subject choices.
  • Pupil details

  • We do not offer sponsorship for Child Student Visas and as such, require the parents of our pupils to make their own visa arrangements to cover all family members in the UK, including the pupil.

        • Declaration

        • We (as the holders of parent responsibility) wish to apply for a place at the School for the above named child and agree to pay the non-refundable Registration fee (unless exempt).

          By submitting this Registration Form we understand, accept and agree that:

          1. our application does not secure our child a place at the School but does ensure that our child will be considered for selection as a pupil at the School;
          2. if our child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School's Terms and Conditions for the provision of educational services*, which will bind us (as the holders of parental responsibility for our child) in the event (and from the moment) that we accept the place;
          3. if our child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to us proving that our child has the right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom and that we have the right to enter and live in the United Kingdom;
          4. if applicable, the School may request from our child's present and/or former school or educational institution: (a) information and a reference in respect of our child; and/or (b) information about any outstanding supplemental fees or charges;
          5. the information provided in this Registration Form is true, accurate, complete and not misleading. We will notify the School if there are any changes to the information provided to the School and/or our child's circumstances; and
          6. the School may, with reference to one or both of us: (a) undertake a credit check with a credit reference agency; (b) require us to provide the School's Bursar with a bank reference and/or up to date credit report (including a credit score); and/or (c) ask us to demonstrate our ability to meet the School's fees and supplemental charges and the legitimate source of funds we will use to pay those fees and supplemental charges
          7. the School may process personal data about us and our child, including sensitive personal data about our child (such as medical details) in accordance with Data Protection law for the purposes of (a) administering its list of prospective pupils; (b) its registration, selection and/or admission procedures, including as set out above; and (c) communicating with the parents of prospective pupils about the School;
          8. further information about how the School processes personal data is set out in the School's Privacy Notice, which is on the School's website.

          * A copy of the current Terms & Conditions is available for your information upon request at any time, but please note that the version supplied may be subject to change prior to the point in time which a place at the School for your child may be offered.
