The annual Oxford Bidwells 10k (formerly the Town and Gown) is a much-loved fixture in the city’s and school’s calendar, and we’re delighted to be taking part once again. This year, we’ll be raising funds for our partner school in Uganda, Mustardseed School — a cause very close to our hearts and one that continues to inspire generosity across our community.
Opened in 2022, Mustardseed School provides an inspirational and practical education for young children in Uganda and now educates more than 180 pupils. In 2025, thanks to events such as the Oxford 10k, we raised over £11,000 for the school. This was generously matched by Sir Vernon Ellis (OW 1966), who continues to support MCS and Mustardseed.
