Thank you for considering a gift towards our bursary and hardship funds. Every donation has an impact; every gift helps make a potentially life-changing education available to a deserving young person.

MCS Giving Day Supporting bursaries, unlocking potential. 11-12 March 2026

We were heartened by the response to MCS Giving Day 2026, raising over £158,000 for bursaries! Thank you for everyone who got involved.

Our bursary programme ensures that MCS continues to be a place of opportunity for young people who will flourish here, regardless of their family income. Each year approximately 10% of the Senior School, pupils who have earned their place at MCS through their potential, receive fee assistance.

Every donation, whatever its size, ensures that MCS continues to be a place of opportunity for young people who will flourish here, regardless of their family income. We are grateful for your support of our mission.

LEAVE A LEGACY

Intangibles

Benefactors can make a significant impact by contributing intangible assets, either during their lifetime or as a legacy gift through their will. These assets could include patents, publishing rights, royalties, or other intellectual property. For example, the rights to a published book, a patented invention, or royalties from music or creative works can provide valuable financial support for the school.

Additionally, donors may choose to gift or bequeath valuable items such as rare collections, artwork, or memorabilia, with the intention that the school may sell these assets to benefit its fundraising initiatives. These thoughtful contributions allow donors to support the school’s mission in a way that reflects their unique passions and interests, either now or as a lasting legacy.

If you have questions about making a gift or wish to discuss anything related to supporting MCS, please contact Susie Baker.
