The Junior School again celebrated Harvest Festival with a short service, to a backdrop of a huge selection of food items, including tinned and dried food as well as coffee, tea, biscuits and treats, which had been kindly donated by boys and their families over the preceding days.

This year the school supported the Community Emergency Foodbank (www.cefoxford.co.uk). The CEF café and foodbank opened for service at St Francis Church, Hollow Way, Oxford on 1st April 2008 and now runs two days per week on Tuesday and Friday lunchtimes when tea, coffee and snacks are on offer. Food is collected from churches, schools, and other interested organisations and parcels are put together for people and families in crisis.
