MCS Parents' Association

The MCS Parents’ Association is a group to which all parents are members, as part of joining the MCS School Community. We aim to provide a range of activities and events over the school year which will be supported in a variety of ways by parents. New Committee Members were elected in October at the AGM, and we are in the process of looking at new ways to engage with parents across all year groups. And also to provide a warm welcome to new parents who are joining the MCS school community every year.

A Newsletter from the PA will be circulated twice a term, and this will also be posted on the webpage for future reference. This Newsletter will provide a regular and informal way to keep parents informed about forthcoming events, and different ways that parents can contribute to the school community whether in time or expertise.

In addition, there are two evening meetings a term of the PA to which all interested parents are welcome to attend to find out more. These dates are given in advance in the Red Diary, and the Agenda can be requested in advance from the PA Secretary.

We look forward to building on the support and goodwill of MCS parents, and to offering a wider range of events and activities going forward. We are open to hearing ideas and suggestions from all parents.
