Old Waynfletes Robert and Ollie Steadman's band Stornoway is the band to watch following their appearance on the BBC's Jools Holland show this week with a highly acclaimed rendition of their title song from the newly released album, "Zorbing".
Their appearance marks an ever increasing public frenzy over the band, with recent reviews calling them The Guardian's "new favourite band", and the BBC noting that "genuine and original creativity is a rare commodity. Stornoway have bags of it."
The attention Stornoway are receiving began with pub performances locally in Oxford, but they made short work of climbing into the popular public eye and have performed now with some of the World's leading musical artists.
Their performance this week on "Later Live with Jools Holland" saw them rubbing shoulders with Jay-Z, The Foo Fighters, Norah Jones, and Sting.
